Plat.AI is an artificial intelligence machine designed to compute real-time decisions and can adapt to any platform or system of choice. Plat.AI consists mainly of a team of Data Scientists/Machine Learning/Software Engineers who are utilizing the power of machine learning to solve existing problems of our clients and proactively designing new optimization tools to take our clients to the next edge of innovation and development. We use technologies such as ( Microsoft Azure, C# .NET, SQL Server, Vue,js, React.js) and employ an Agile Scrum practice for development. The main direction of QA Automation Specialist The main objective is to increase the speed, efficiency, and coverage of testing by automating repetitive tasks and complex test scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using automation tools/frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Mocha, etc.
- Ensure that the automated tests cover the required functionality and are robust enough to be reusable.
- Enhance and maintain the existing automation framework or develop a new framework if required.
- Ensure the framework is scalable, maintainable, and easy for other testers to utilize.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze the results.
- Debug and refine automation scripts as required.
- Log and track defects found during automated testing.
- Report on test automation coverage, effectiveness, and areas of risk.
- Research and evaluate new testing tools and techniques.Work closely with manual testers to identify test cases that are candidates for automation.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure that the application is automation-friendly.
- Suggest and implement improvements in the automation process.
- Depending on the release periods, be responsible for developing scripts for performance, load, and stress testing using tools like JMeter or Gatling.
- Keep up with the latest trends in test automation, tools, techniques, and best practices to ensure that the most effective testing methods are employed

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in software test automation.
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts.
- Exposure to the complete software development and testing lifecycle.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in test automation, such as JavaScript, Java, C#, or Python,
- Proficiency with automation tools like Cypress, Playwright, Mocha, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or similar.
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., Github Actions, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) and database fundamentals.
- Knowledge of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) or TDD (Test-Driven Development) approaches, if relevant.
- Experience in developing or working with test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with different platforms (e.g., Web, Mobile, Desktop).
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers, manual testers, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools, and experience integrating automated tests into these pipelines.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (like JMeter or Gatling) could be a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, languages, or methodologies as required by the job.
- Experience working in teams, preferably in agile or Scrum environments, and collaborating with cross-functional roles.
- Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation related to the automation process, scripts, frameworks, and results.
